Anne Hendricks is a former librarian in Georgia public schools. She served in primary, elementary, and middle grades for sixteen years, as well as worked as a homeschool educator. She knows her books – but decided in 2016 to begin writing her dreams into ideas, and hopefully, enter the world of children’s picture books, children’s nonfiction, and young adult nonfiction.
She is a 2006 National Board Certified Teacher-Librarian and specializes in bibliotherapy, helping young people through literature. Educated at Mercer in Journalism and earning her M.Ed. in Library Media at West Georgia, Hendricks’ debut will be an indie young adult nonfiction, entitled SOUTHPAW, a collective biography of lefthanders!
